PATCH TEST: A mandatory patch test will be done on the day of your appointment. Refusal will result in your appointment being cancelled and loss of your deposit. This is to ensure both your safety and ours. If for any reason you have an allergic reaction to the patch test, your deposit will be refunded.
DEPOSIT: A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all PMU services. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day. 4-6 week top-ups must be paid in full before your appointment.
LATE FEES/NO SHOWS: Please arrive to your appointment on time or notify us if you are running late. HBUK do not charge a late fee, but if 20 minutes have passed since the start of your appointment time, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will have to rebook unless lateness is communicated with HBUK. You can rebook with your old deposit once, but a second time in a row will require a new deposit. No-shows will be subject to paying the full remaining balance or will be blacklisted.
CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your appointment to avoid your deposit from being lost. If you reschedule within 48 hours, then your full deposit will be lost, and you will have to rebook unless emergencies are communicated with HBUK first. If you wish to cancel without rebooking, your deposit will be lost.

Please note, HBUK do not work on Tuesdays & majority Sundays. If you require a Tuesday or Sunday booking or if you require a slot outside of our availability, please email/dm HBUK and we will try our best to accommodate availability at no extra cost.
